Hey teens! One of my favorite musical artists is Loreena Mckennitt. Her soft beautiful music is so enchanting and intense. I love all her songs but my favorite song of hers is Dante's Prayer.

She does have a beautiful voice. My favorite is "The Highwayman" from the poem by Alfred Noyes. :)
ReplyDeleteThat one comes in second for me! I do really love that song too. I just can personally connect with Dante's prayer better but "The Highwayman" is such a fantastic story poem.
ReplyDeleteShe is one of favorites also. I saw a special on her a while back ... of course I don't remember when or where it was showed on the teli ... but I remember she was Canadian, which surprised me. I don't know why but I though she was from Scotland. What a voice and such magical music.
